Brandon Mroziuk was identified as one of the two boys in a Polaris Sportsman 850 that crossed a center line on Highlander Drive and collided with a 2013 Chevy Malibu. Mroziuk and the other boy in the ATV were both airlifted to St. Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson.

The campaign says Brandon underwent surgery and faces a long road to recovery.

" Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference and show Brandon and his family that they are not alone in this fight. All money raised go straight to the family," the page reads.

Brandon appears to be a sophomore at West Milford High School and member of the school's varsity wrestling team.
